VIP Limousine is an interstate ground surface transportation company. Any illegal activities are not permitted including drugs and underage drinking.
Cancellation Policies
Smoking is not permitted, however, the chauffeur will gladly stop to provide a smoking break. Drug Use or possession of drugs and underage drinking of alcoholic beverage, and disruptive behavior are not allowed and will result in termination of the service with no refund given.
Vip Limo is not responsible for delay of service due to traffic conditions or termination of service due to unsafe weather conditions (i.e; ice, snow, tornadoes, etc. In the event of cancellation of service due to weather no refund will be given but a credit in the amount paid will be given at another time mutually agreed upon. VIP Limo is not liable for mechanical problems but will make up lost time at a mutual agreed time.
Damage to any vehicle or sanitation service necessary due, caused by the client or any member of his party is the full responsibility of the client and will be charged to the credit card or will be collected in cash.
Reservations are non-refundable as the client has an absolute guarantee of the booking rendering this time slot unavailable to other clients; however, if you must cancel VIP LIMO will attempt to rebook this time slot and if successful, a refund will be given minus a small service fee. If unsuccessful, a credit voucher will be issued to the client in the full amount paid for use at another time.
