What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations are non-refundable as the client has an absolute guarantee of the booking rendering this time slot unavailable to other clients; however, if you must cancel VIP Limousine will attempt to rebook this time slot and if successful, a refund will be given. If unsuccessful, a credit voucher will be issued to the client in the full amount paid for use at another time.

Do you offer airport pickup? If so, where will my driver meet me?

VIP Limo offers airport tarmac service at any of the FBOs in Oklahoma.  We offer curb-side service, just outside of the baggage claim area, at Tulsa International (TUL) and Oklahoma City’s Will Rogers Airport (OKC).

Do you offer early morning and late evening airport service?

Yes, VIP Limousine offers car service 24 hours a day – 7 days a week – 365 days a year.

What type of deposit is required to reserve a vehicle and when is payment expected?

Payment in full is required at the time of your reservation.  VIP Limo accepts all credit cards, checks, cash, barter and foreign currency. (bit coin excluded)

How can I obtain a receipt for my charges?

Receipts and confirmations are provided upon request in the form of fax, email or mail.

How big are your limos?

VIP Limo offers one of the largest fleets in Oklahoma.  We offer limousines to accommodate both large and small parties, from 1 to 14 passengers.  You can view our entire limo fleet online.

What color are your limos?

We have a variety of limos in both black and white exterior colors.  While we try to honor all requests for a specific color limousine, limo color is subject to availability and we do not guarantee the color.

How far in advance should I make my reservation?

VIP Limo will book reservations at any time.  For high seasons, including prom, weddings and Christmas Light Tours, we encourage customers to book as soon as they know when they’ll need a limo for their event.

Do I pay for my limousine when I’m not using it?

Yes, all hourly charters are billed according to the total hours straight through portal to portal.   For example, charges are incurred straight through for a wedding ceremony & reception, concert, sporting event or night on the town.

What comes in the limousine in the way of drinks?

Every limo comes stocked with soft drinks, bottled water, ice, glassware and napkins.  Customers are welcome to bring their own beverages.  Drug use or possession of drugs and underage drinking of alcoholic beverage, and disruptive behavior are not allowed and will result in termination of the service with no refund given.

Is smoking allowed in the limousines?

Smoking is prohibited by federal law, however, the chauffeur will gladly stop to provide a smoking break.

Are VIP Limo vehicles certified?

Absolutely!  VIP Limo maintains required auto liability insurance, compliance with federal motor vehicle safety standard (FMVSS) is maintained and all chauffeurs have CDL-P rated licenses.

Any illegal activities are not permitted including drugs and underage drinking.

What if there’s damage to the limo?

Damage to any vehicle or sanitation service necessary caused by the client, or any member of his party, is the full responsibility of the client and will be charged to the credit card or will be collected in cash.

What happens to my reservation if there’s severe weather?

VIP Limo is not responsible for delay of service due to traffic conditions or termination of service due to unsafe weather conditions (i.e; ice, snow, tornadoes, etc. In the event of cancellation of service due to weather no refund will be given but a credit in the amount paid will be given at another time mutually agreed upon. VIP Limo is not liable for mechanical problems but will make up lost time at a mutual agreed time.
